HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

The undersigned agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend any actions against the
Hui O Hawaii of San Diego, the festival venue, or any other sponsors, and/or volunteers against all liabilities whatsoever arising out of their participation in this Hui O Hawaii of San Diego event, including stolen, lost or damaged possessions.
